I'm just waiting for Brian to get back to me and let me no how much power he wants on pulp for road use, nothing like over kill.So come monday we'll blaze on some more."Posted: Fri Apr 08, 2005 6:10 pm"The power is still climbing at about 20 Degs on the graph which I'll post when where finished, its got 25 psi in it and no bullsh*t its doing it easy, looks like your target 630 could be right, I think 650 on good fuel is possible. That's what the other one made when you converted,on the engine dyno when it was in Brian's trim."Not too bad.I'm amazed that this has been done with fuel that has been in my tank for 6 months! Who was it that said that fuel drops it's octane if it's been sitting around for a while. I get the idea that Simon knows what he's doing. These numbers are getting rather high.Brian

Is this where you are aiming Brian or do you have other plans for your rocket?Luke.

For now it‘s fascinating to see what can be done with a Ford T, and seeing what Simon can do with it.It’ll be another exercise, and challenge, getting power to the ground and keeping the rear end together. As I’ve said many times, the power can easily be turned down if it’s too much to handle.Other guys like Jeff, Spiko & Adam are more focused on drags. After having coffee with Spiko this morning, I’m sure he’s keener (and definitely vastly more experienced) than I am at driving my car down the strip.Brian

It is for street use, although the boost may be turned down, depending on traction (or lack of).Brian
