well just got back from the gym so I have to post this, sorry if I offend anyone. guys at the gym who are overweight,underweight,no muscle at all, train with baby weights,and grunt, stop wearing tops that say things like,musclepharm,muscle tech,maxmuscle,muscle ayslum,megamuscle,worldgym,golds gym,muscle beach venice,muscle pro,and what ever has muscle in it. I'm not the smallest guy and not the biggest guy, but I look ok, please do us all a favour and wear normal nike,puma,adidas,and what ever name brands until you put size on . sorry if I offend anyone. but to bad. and no I don't wear any type of muscle top, don't need to promote something I have.
