From an average of like $650 to now below the 400 mark. Been on the news lately as it is now cheaper than Rockhampton. They wanted 600k for the house.. She offered 440k.. Basically got told where to stick it, don't waste our time etc etc etc.. About 1 month later they came back and said if you're still interested the owners would be willing to talk over 500k.. She offered 455k and they accepted..
