Pbr Brake Upgrade

Ha people,

Just had the PBR brakes fitted today. Must say I think they are a very impressive bit of equipment. Got to have a quick peek while the wheels where still off and when the old rotors are held up against the PBR's the difference is huge. Looks like the calipers only just fit under my 17's and I think the big red calipers look the buisness.

Havn't had a chance to really try them out as per yet but as soon as their fully bedded in ill take em for a run down the gillies.

A big thanks to BCR01 for oganising everything for me. Very prompt delivery, great service, excellent price and a great bloke. Couldn't be more highly reccomended. :ermm:

If the premim upgrade brakes were standard as they should be there would be no one need to do what you have done. But if everyone keeps buying these things with the standard brakes then aftermarket brake upgrades are a must.

If they were standard that would be great but as of this moment they are a $3000 option. The PBR brakes are alot cheeper and do the same job. So in my opinion why go ford when you can get the same thing cheeper else where?

I went with the Ford option because insurance companies didnt know what the hell I was talking about with either:

A) The PBR setup

B) The Ford premium setup.

Either way the response was:

"We dont have that on our list." All except for Just car.

I like the ford rotors better. No NVH issues with them.

Geez that does look like a tight fit, looks the goods though, I have been considering this through Bcr-01 aswell when I get some 19" wheels.

Dazza.
