Guest fredwho Guests Posted 15/03/05 12:33 AM Share Posted 15/03/05 12:33 AM JB, we go where ever we feel comfortable, so that you didn't go to Mario means didly if you know what I mean. Not as if he's going to hold that against you! Or anyone with mods carried out at another shop. That's not and never has been an issue for Mario.

I just cannot get over how many people in the industry loose work as this was not my only experience, it seems to be very common yet it's business on a platter to them. Good question JB.The date is set at April 16, now it's a case of people putting their hands up.People can either PM me, advise their interest in the thread or email Autotechnique with advise on info@autotechnique.com.auI will keep the forum informed of those who have shown interest, the time, the Melways and all else - assuming there is the interest???Austechnique is sitauted at Factory 2, 3 Seismic Crt, Rowville. Or you can check out their web site.yeah I know where they are, I called in some time ago and spoke with Mario who was a great guy. We talked about doing mods to my car which he asked me to email him about and he would book me in, I did but never heard back from him....... needless to say all my work has obviously been done somewhere else. Ooooo, that was a bit of cranky tone Jabbers Dave.

There have been a number of performance places I have called and I have made it clear to them that I want to do x,y and z and am ready to go now. They say they will be in touch and never come back to you. There was one place I will not name but I called to book my car in for some work, the could not take the booking at that stage when I called and said they would call back..... never did.My point is these days customer service can be very poor in this industry and it's the customer that ends up doing the chasing as alot of places don't seem to care whether they get the business or not. Guest fredwho Guests Posted 15/03/05 12:51 AM Share Posted 15/03/05 12:51 AM (edited) Agreed, I guess sometimes staffing levels stop them from finding the time. But no excuse for the consumer. I know I don't want to be kept waiting! Edited 15/03/05 12:52 AM by fredwho

I know dynowog still would have the dyno day in josh's name and the money go to pashen, for joshes medical expences!<{POST_SNAPBACK}>It has been discussed with Dynowog and he has absolutely no qualms about it being run at Autotechnique. As far as Josh is concerned, Mario was not aware of the situation, in fact known absolutely nothing of it, hence even achnowledging the need for finances doesn't come into play.I think from chatting with Nick that the way he was going to do it was supply the money made from the snags. And if this is what it takes to appease, so be it, it's not a big deal.
