ASE said they would do a special price of $799 for 10 or more coolers for a group buy. Otherwise it overboosts, Runs lean and constantly runs into limp mode?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>I would think fitting a larger cooler would guarantee that the airflow temps entering the engine would always be constant temp like on a cold winter night and you would not have the performance hit with higher inlet temps I.e. heat soak. I think there is less pressure drop across this system compared to the stock unit which would lead to over boost, but if you already had the Edit I would expect the system target of say 10psi would be controlled. I plan to get mine fitted with a new exhaust and retuned at the same time to take advantage of the new components and maybe tuned to 12psi and no more then 300 RWKW Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The standard intercooler has a 25mm air gap between the cross member and the surface.
