His original review and the pictures looked promising.I remember PMing him a while back and I can say that the price that was intimated in reply was even better than your discounted group rate (this was apparently from somewhere here in Brisbane). I have yet to confirm this with the details he gave me. The number I was given was 0755981499 and the name "Drew" - not even sure what place this comes from (looks like a Gold Coast number?). Might get a chance tomorrow to check it out now that I am fairly keen to get one myself one that has limited pressure drop, works with the factory plumbing and is for the right price before going for a custom tune.Joel

Earlier today someone started a thread advertising direct bolt in intercoolers for a pretty reasonable price. Obviously they didn't go about it the right way, as the threads gone now, but it sounded like a good deal. Does anyone know of them or have any experience with them?Cheers,Steve. I know they were Adelaide based and their cooler was supposed to be hot. Nothing more than that.

Looking at their web site, they mainly cater for ricers, but they make some nice looking parts. I'll keep you posted. If they are any good I'll grab one while I'm there.Cheers,Steve. Apparantly it's a nice 'mild' option for the VL turbo so if any of you guys who have upgraded and are looking to palm off your old cooler, maybe try advertising it over there. $100 is better than nothing if you don't plan on returning your car back to stock. Just a thought.Rob<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Yes l've already rang the guy and he said they are they're not garrett cores, they are xtric cores.......whatever they mean <{POST_SNAPBACK}>try c7V GREAT COOLER 1650.00 FITTED
