Only real improvements to the XR6T I could suggest:

-6 speed auto

-ESP

-a tad more top end power

I agree but dont stop there, How about

Better quality plastics and mouldings

Body Panels and fittings which line up!!!

Illuminated swtiches

Whats with that crappy overhead light switch

LED tail lights

Better yet, ford should buy a German car, pull it apart and take notes.

Its a good car now, but aussie cars have got a long way to go. :kissmy:

XR6T, ummm.  20 trips back to the dealer, 53 days off the road, 41 things wrong, all in 19 months and 63,000km.

My mum told me, "if you cant say anything good about something, then don't say anything at all"

Therefore I'm not going to say anything.

For me the stock brakes are fine they even feel firmer than my old AUII XR8. The steering is heavy (I like it) however I was totally surprised considering the demo car (early 03 model) felt much lighter.

the car itself could always be improved, but the dealers and their attitudes sometimes wreaks of ignorance of their own products along with arrogance that after a few years of Expensive Daewoo sticking it to em, they now have the better ride IMO
