The BOGANUS DUMFUCCUS has recessive genes.

To make it extinct you need to gradually dilute the genetic strains with each reproduction.

So you would breed one with either a smarter one of the same species or allow them to continue to use illicit drugs and die from overdoses or obesity due to a permanent fastfood diet.

Alternately you could accelerate their demise by removing the one thing that allows idle hands to do the devils work......welfare.

To overcome any opposition to this, the proponents of continued welfare (such as the Australian Council of Social Services ACOSS) to open their homes and give them charity instead of taxpayer funded welfare.

I can see it now, at conception there would be all of these sperms swimming around bumping into each other saying 'Doh' 'Doh' and looking for an egg in lycra bike pants and a big T shirt.

I think you may have touched on something here.

Any welfare recieving criminals convicted of any crime should be cut off from the government. That is an incentive not to get involved in crime.

Sure it would create a lot of homeless people, but it would be their own fault.

I also should mention our taxes would be reduced as well...

They do the crime, the time, and still get payed.

It should be like this. You do something stupid, you goto jail and have lots of fun.... When you get out, you get welfare for say, 3 months, and then nothing for 5 years. The 3 months is purely so they can look for a job.

If after 5 years the moron still hasn't got a job then maybe some minimal benefit, something stupid like 50 dollars a week. Enough for milk and bread + a bus ticket to look for a job, that's it.

Give them this for another 6 months and then they are dumped from the system until they are 55 and can get a pension. And even then it is less than half everyone else gets.....

Or dump them strait away. Either way works for me.

*beep* foodstamps bring back capitol punishment an eye for an eye I say. if parents where allowed to discipline there children etc as previosly mentioned by goldie 80% oh this wouldnt happen.
