I know this is blow by and not overly concerning, but just wondering if anyone else is noticing this on their mod'd T's??? I currently have Mobil full synthetic in it which is 5 - 35 and I think it is too lighter oil for turbo cars, so this may be attributing to the problem... What may get concerning is not what you can see and find, but where else it is sitting where it shouldnt be...out of sight. Maybe considering an oil catch can would be a good idea. Not sure if anyone else on the forum runs one. Amazing how much it used to catch. I cant remember how I made it, but it may have involved a 1.25litre bottle or similar, with a bunch of chicken wire inside it (ok, so was a low cost alternative, but it worked!). Was about 15 years ago and detail is a little blurry... If the blow by gets worst that's definitely time for a leak down test and fingers crossed. It might be worthwhile to check the intercooler and see if theirs a build up of oil inside the coreRobbie.
