I have an APS Phase 1 kit on my car which of course uses the Unichip. This stuffs up the readings on the trip computer that relate to fuel economy.

My question is, does getting an edit also stuff up these readings, or do they remain accurate because the factory computer now knows what's going on (instead of being tricked by a piggyback computer)?

The dit changes the parameters within the computer for changes in fuel injector size etc.

Therefore, fuel economy, distance to empty etc will remain accurate. :spoton:

Its not the piggyback that's actually the problem, its the different injector size, mines fine with just the piggyback and stock injectors.

Dazza.
