The 2 cars are totally different, with mods it depends on your finances as to how fast you want to go. The rex will always handle better than the T whilst the T will always cruise better. If you want t fast car for mainly driving in traffic get an auto T spend alittle get 260rwkw's and you'll be as happy as Larry. If you're in Melbourne let me know and I'll take you for a spin. Geea. Heres an idea, get Geea to sedatley give you a lift to the local ford dealer, take a spin in a stock T, then get Geea to show you what they can do.Dazza. I am in Kalgoorlie WA the nearest ford dealer isnt far away but I dont like their service. I will more than likely be leasing as I can get a deal through my work.Does the XR6 T ute have climate control and the coloured screen?I also wanted the leather interior to be black with the stitching to be the same colour as the car but I have been told this is only available on the FPV's, does this sound correct? Guest mercurysteve Guests Posted 23/02/05 10:24 PM Share Posted 23/02/05 10:24 PM There is one major benefit of "T" over the "rex" family that is easily overlooked, that it that it is an infinately more livable car day to day. Sure, it can be jeckyl but it also has a hyde side and the two as a combo are rare. One is usually satisfying in one area and not the other. Also, it does not "feel" as big and heavy as it is, especially compared to anything wearing a Lion badge on the front.
