Dont dis em until you have driven at night with them. makes the Falcon lights very ordinary.......yuo cant have enough light at night. Having just driven to Canberra from Brisbane overnight, more light is always better.

Lightning Member 335 Member For: 21y 11m 18d Location: Perth, Western Australia Posted 17/05/03 06:42 AM Share Posted 17/05/03 06:42 AM I found it easiest to remove the socket from the drivers side (very easy, just give it a quarter twist) and then insert the globe and put the whole lot back in.The socket is best found by removibng the fuse cover and having a good look in the hinge area. Excellent advice, thanks very much. I've just fitted my first ever modification (other than mobile phone kits) and it wasn't bad for $2.50! Totally agree with your recommendation to remove the whole globe assembley, there was NO WAY my fingers were going to fit through that hole. They don't believe in being generous with the wiring, either, do they? Thanks guys, this is why I love the Internet. Now we just have to do the power window lights.Lightning.... I put a bulb into the passengers side but when I went over to the drivers side I noticed it already had one and it works.
