Can't see how that would help, if it doesn't work when you spin it round the other way then changing the socket won't help...unless they don't actually fit in there properly

Well these are the ones I got : http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...em=300240432855

I'm sure it looks like it fits

It all depends on how the light is earthed, my car is not available so I cant check.

if any one has pics it would help.

what about wiring up the light at the back of the centre console, underneath the vents for the a/c that face the rear passengers? can you even get a light for it. I assume that the fairlanes would have them, cause theres a spot for one. Im gonna go to ford tomoz and see if I can get one. Im a sparky and every sparky likes more light. GO more light! :spoton:

My two lights rear (reading?) lights had to be modified for the LED globes to work.

The polarity was wrong as well, and it was fairly tricky to do. You can pull the whole light housing out of the car (theres a plug behind it), and I had to do a bit of fancy soldering to get it to work.

How much mate?

And is there already cables behind ready for it?

not sure how much they are yet.

there isnt a cable there for it, but it will be easy to run a cable and hook into the door well loom.
