I love it when this thread gets bumped, brings back fond memories of my first B-Series...

You will only have the lamps if you have premium sound, mentioned many times in this thread, also pics of where the sockets should be..

I HAVE A SINGLE CD WITH THE STOCK STEREO AND HAVE THE LIGHTS. THEY WERE ALREADY IN THE HOLES JUST NO BULBS. IT IS A EX COP CAR DONT KNOW IF THAT IS WHY? XR6T BUILT IN JUNE 07 :nyaah:

FG Turbo ute, premium sound and I have them too. Put globes in and drivers side lights up awesome but passengers side is hardly noticeable

Is this a bit of a discovery. I havnt heard of the FG's having them yet??

Good spotting, if they didn't have globes in there I would've never found them. If anyone wants pics of where they are in FG I'll take them and post them.

Picked up G6ET couple of days ago, last night put the LEDS outta my old car in... Ended up using Arctic blue (not LED) bulbs under the dash and uncliped from the holding mount, let it hang free and it lets heaps of light out. In the standard holding mount it shines the light in behind the glovebox and has bugger all areas for the light to escape...

Tonight I'm going to look at making a small plastic bracket that will hold it in place nicely and still let heaps of light out.
