On the subject of bullbars, does anyone know where you can get the small chrome nudge bars you see on the cop cars that house the flashing lights above the number plate frame and the cost. The towbar takes care of the rear but I would like something small and discrete at the front to prevent tossas hitting the car whilst parked.

Our work cars use a small bar only about 40 cm long that surves back at each end. It is mounted using the top two screws of the number plate and is purely for mounting lights on, would offer no protection in a prang. They can be bought at Autobarn for about $130.

Ouch! I got mine for $90 at Repco :spoton: !

yeah, they are really useful. Make sure you mount it right though, or at 110 down the highway you'll bounce your nice driving lights off the underside of your car! Mounting is the biggest downfall of them.

BTW It is called a Uni bar (same one the police use.... I've checked)
