Rod,

For the footwell lights you just plug them in to the sockets. They are already there if you have Premium Sound.

Cheers

If the Blue/Red wire aint there then unless the window switch has ESP you wont be able to. You can't see them in the day when they are on anyway so I can't see the big deal. But If you only want them on with the lights then you would have to run a wire from the Tail relay or light feed to do this. Big big hassle for bugger all I say.

I have installed the leds in my Ute as per K1W1's diagram and they work fine, you just have to be carefull with the trace on the bottom side of the circuit board, as in sections of the board it is negative on top and positive directly below, meter all connections before installing. In the daylight they look normal.

Also I had to connect to leds on the passenger side switch to the window circuit, to be on when the widows are active, (ie smd led & resistor as per this thread and a wire from where the new pin is suppose to go to the negative on the lower left hand corner of the switch) as the blue/red trace wire does nothing. It is there but does not provide a neg or pos feed.

  Just a note to say about another place to change to blue LED's. I just put one in the PC board that lights up the key entry. Looks awesome. Easy as to install!!

The lamp was incandesant type like the ones in your fog light/traction control switch. Undo screws on steering coloum cover, unplug green plug going to clear unit, Undo one screw on inner back. Remove unit, pop open black cover, remove lamp. Insert Blue LED with resistor. On mine Pos was closest to out side but with yours NT I'd hate to guess but it should be the same. Easy as that. :innocent:
