Hi Rocket.

I will post a picture later (dont have the camera with me at the moment)

But looking at your picture I'm afraid you are out of luck with the SMD LEDs... they arnt catered for with your switches.

I would also hazzard to say that your drivers window does not have the "Auto-down" function that the sedans do..pretty poor effort Ford, I wouldnt expect such a difference between the sedan and the ute.

Rocket can you post a photo of the wiring harness whenre it plugs into the back of the switch - you may still be able to do someting - but it wont be easy...

FYI - the switch you have posted is exactly the same as those supplied in XT sedans without the rear power windows..... (I pulled one apart on a rental I had for a week)

Rocket looking at the PC board it appears like cam said the SMD's are out of the question. Also if the Blue with red strpie wire is not there, your LEDs would have to be on at all times, which is not a prob because they would still go out when the electric windows were shut off by the BEM. IE when they time out after the key is removed or the car is locked. You would have to install LED's similar to how NT did it. All you would have to do is find out your pos and negs and you would be away. PS the blue with red striped wire is your centre pin.

This is a photo showing the inside of the drivers window switch.

The SMD LEDs and Resistors are in the photo - but are very small and hard to see - but they are there :)

Do me one thing, unplug the driver switch - is there a wire in the cars plug (usually blue red stripe) that has no pin to line up with in the switch? If so disassemble the switch and see if theres a voltage supply as per the pic.

Its late the drawings rough and you'll need to actually test the plug. You wont get a supply as per the pic cause the pins probably missing, but looking at it I'd say that's where the pin would fit, just a question as to whether you have the blue/red feed. And if so its polarity in relation to the rest of the switch.
