OK, time for some feedback on the DD dyno power runs today.

First of all, a BIG thank you to the Jeff and the boys at F.I.S.T. Performance & Audio. They could not have been more helpful with information on the XR6T's and the performance options available. Jeff, your beast is absolutely awesome.

As the attached dyno sheets indicate, the car ran 255RWKW on the 10PSI map, and 234RWKW on the 8PSI map. The runs were done on a hot day (IT 40) and, from what I can see, the AFR's are good.

SIXRT.

From those dyno sheets would it be fair to say at around 154km around peak power your car [I assume] was starting to lean out and heading for a lean burn around 164km and over.Would not this be a concern to you after a while when your standard pump gets abit lazy and you have a rather cool night maybe causeing a little bit more boost?.I am only saying this as my standard pump kicked the bucket after 60000km or I should say lost most of its flow capacity. There not much chop mate the standard items.

Cant they put abit more fuel in there mate to richen it up abit for safety purposes and get the AFR ratios abit more stable?.Hate to see a perfectly good motor self destruct itself.

ASNU,

Based on the way it's tuned, the standard injectors are running out of puff at the peak power levels and that's why the boost tapers off near the top. Keep in mind that this is was done on the off-the-shelf map supplied with the tuner.

I already have a set of injectors ready for install, which will be done in conjunction with the custom tune. I'll also look at an additional fuel pump at that stage to ensure supply. :spoton:

Now that's abit of good news mate.Get those injectors and pump in and go abit easy with your total power figures.I am sure you will have lots of fun with all these mods that will bascilly last for ages with no lean burn hassles.Good on ya mate.Have fun.

Your welcome,,,As you know Mika, it was not a problem at all for you to come along and I hope chatting with our tuner made sense to you..

I was not a believer in the EDIT till today... Only cause I hadnt seen results just heard rumours... But guys let me say this car was very much intune and ran the numbers easy..

The EDIT gets the thumbs up from me.. and thankyou Mika for choosing us to give you these results...

For those guys who know me, They will believe that this EDIT is a very good Bang for Buck, as they know im straight up...
