What do you think of the one in the link above Ralph? Looks like a nizpro one and comes with thermostat housing and top rad hose.

early one where cas in Aus, Current style cast in China. Older ones are generally considered to be better quality, Design/Volume is Same/Same. The units that don't have the turbo intercooler badging have usually had a visit from the grinder fairy.

All of Nizpro's cast products are still made in australia just around the corner from our new factory :-)

Nope, I've not heard of any Niapoo Copies at all. Looks legit to me. at the end of the day if it was a copy and if the shape and volume are the same I wouldn't have any issues with a China spec Niapoo item. Its not like the Nizpro units (or at least the one I have and other I have seen) are a particularly high quality casting. They still have pock marks on the outer surface and casting dag's inside.

Well I'm outta the race for this one. I was going to put a very competitive bid on it and the coil cover going on eBay ATM, but my tax return was poxy so it'll have to wait till next round of mods.

I'll just have to settle for a new nizpro exhaust and fitting my cooler & intake setup on this yrs trip to XFT :( I was really growing fond of a fancy looking engine bay.

Yeah. I'll wait and something will come up again. Got holidays n all sorts of stuff comin up so the money is better off in the bank. It would have ended costing too much anyway. Buy the plenum and coil cover, then I'd want them and a few other things powder coated, then id want other things polished, and a shiny BOV, then if fitting all those parts I may as well get a surge tank, then if I had one of them I may as well get a 98 tune while I'm there and it just goes on and on
