I tell you what Scotty, after today I retract all my statements about manual T's, it seems that none of us can drive. :spit:

When I picked my car up from Dynomotive Mark had a Phantom Manual (T5) T in that has 302rwkw and did an 11.9qtr at heathcote on the weekend!!!

Both Mark and I cannot believe it, but it's genuine, the guy who owns the car is from the country, and it was in for the same problem as mine, ford had reflashed the PCM and screwed the car completely!

But an 11.9 with 302rwkw shows we can mix it with the auto guys, I want to find out his secret to slashing over 1 sec from pretty much the rest of us around that kw mark.

Not sure if he is a memeber here??????? :blush:

G'day Jb just wondering if you saw he's time sheet because a 12.9 with 302 rwklw is a top effort let alone 11.9,Got to say I got my doubts to tell you the truth I dont think that's achievable with 302@ the wheels in a Manual

Im not trying to start anything so the manual boy's take it easy its just my honest opinion

CYA JEFF :spoton:

Yeah I know what you mean Jeff, I'll see if I can chase up some further proof. :ermm:

The answer is simple - he's a country lad and he knows how to drive. Probably been on tractors all his life so put him in something with a syncro box and he'll think he's in heaven and drive like he's in hell!! :ermm::spoton:

Orrr ... it's a typo ... :spit::blush:

if I ran the 60 foot time like I did 2 weeks ago 1.91 I would of ran 11.7 but I will put a better clutch in to handle the power and grip should be right she didnt grip to well in first when I was trying to slip it off the line :spoton:

Goog work Bruce,

Keep it going.

Just a question You have 390 rwkw on your last dyno sheet I believe.

Do you think the slipping clutch hurt your mph.

Geea and XRDreaming run 120+ mph with 330 rwkw, I would have expected with 60rwkw more you would run a 125 mph at least.

Not having a go. Its just that everyone says that the 1/4 is the true test of power so your run of 121mph would suggest a 330 rwkw car.

Please don't take this the wrong way, it what everyone says from APS, Street Tuner, Geea and so on
