Looks like I better get my act together................It's been a while but great to see more manuals starting to get up and show some good times Hopefully more to come... Mine were Nitto NT555R's. Not sure what Bruces were.I'm not sure how much better slicks would be though.Geea. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>craig is that the first time you have used the nitto's

After that run and trouble with wheel spin trying to launch hard I looked around for a street tyre that was alot stickier whilst still being a roadworth, street usable tyre. Some people actually use the Nitto's daily. They apparently are good for 12-15000km's. If they came in 19's I would definately look at getting some for my car for use all the time.Geea. Getting that 60ft without extra grunt though might not be easy, the C&V car had 4mph over Craigs time. It will be interesting to see what happens come winter. I am sure there are others in the wings expecting to break 10's come winter.so true I piched up 1.5 tenths on the 60 foot and gained 5 tenths at the line Great news. I did a 12.9 with 2.459 60ft@118mph. Fist time mind you When I get this auto fix and use 17s it will be interesting to see what happens

One thing that I cant seem to work out is why do the autos move a touch quicker than the manuals Ive always driven manual cars and am only a couple of weeks from buying my T and its making me wonder, isnt the manual a little better resistant to damage when moding too It really has made me re think my auto is for girls who dont know what to do with the a stick mentality :o I never know what to do with my hand and left foot when I drive my bros car which is auto
