Curiosity Craig...what was in the right hand lane ??

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I think it was a LJ Torana or similar. Massive engine with massive slicks. Bloody loud too.

Geea.

Well done Craig. Fantastic effort!

Those times just keep on getting better.

What tyres were running to help get the 60’ time?

With another 60-80rwkw & slicks it’d be great to see you beat C&V’s record.

Blimey, imagine how fast he is talking at the moment. Well done amigo, that 1.80 60fter is outstanding.

Scotty

I think Scotty's in the ball park. I think with a sticky track and good cold air on a mid winter night at Calder the car could do a 11.3ish. I'm not sure about 11.2 though. I don't think the car has the power to go any quicker than that with the standard ratios and normal wieght. I don't intend to sacrifice the cars daily driving ability for a couple of 1/10ths, though it would be nice.

I might have to have a talk with the guys at HPF and see if I'm able to get a higher performance race tune to try for the 10's I'm not sure if it's possible but I'll ask. I know with the edit the rev limit can be lifted and if I added 500rpm to the limit this could help.

Bring on winter. :spoton:

Geea. :glad:
