Check the rubber seal that connects the crossover pipe to the throttle body. They are prone to move or leak. If you are running higher boost than stock it will be the first place that I would look.Fixed mine macka

The idiots forgot to tighten the piping to the throttle body, so you probably have a loose connection somewhere. And by the way they wouldn't touch it unless it was converted back to standard.Brett

I tightened securley and tightened every hose in the car.Still same problem.... What I have noticed is the sound is now intermittent. For example driving to work today it was not there, but tonight it might beAnd Yes its definatly not a normal sound. Its not turbo spooling up or that rushing air sound (which has become louder since fitting 2nd CAI)Aidan

If you did, it's worth the effort anyway as Ford assembly QA needs some improving.Have you tried blocking of the second intake to see if it goes away or is still there.macka

Guest sully59 Guests Posted 11/02/05 08:10 PM Share Posted 11/02/05 08:10 PM I hear some "T"s develop a giggling sound as well, particularly when they pass holdens.
