But you loose the bit of loom that goes to the cars loom... If you want to sell it, you'll have to get it taken out completely..I took one out of my car, only takes a short while, and solder all the wires back together. Lifetime Members 7,935 Member For: 20y 9m 6d Gender: Male Location: Sydney Posted 30/01/05 03:54 AM Share Posted 30/01/05 03:54 AM Ratt,If you have the plugin loom, it is a piece of cake.The hardest thing is removing the velcro stickies from the ECU frame.It took me about 30 mins to remove the whole loom and piggyback.You just need to be careful with the plugs and pins for the ecu as they are fragile.It takes about the same to put back in You will only need a hex headded driver to remove the ecu bolts and a phillips head for the earth wire.
