Just picked up a set of FPV alloy pedals off e-bay for $100.00. Seller SVOMotorsports had 5 sets and only got two bids.

He has other sets in both manual and auto coming up as well.

If anyone is looking for alloy pedals that seems a very good deal compared to $300ish from FoMo.

Here is the link

Would not suprise me if the trade price on these was about $60-$70!

In actual fact unless I am mistaken the Ford employees have the best discount available to them which for these pedals are $154incl. Unless of course if you happen to work for FPV & help yourself!

Mate,

I worked at a Expensive Daewoo dealership for 3 years part time while at uni and I used to get all the parts for trade price for my EL. This was through Coventries, who are the Ford parts distributor in WA. The price difference between trade and retail was huge!!

Eg. Ford radiator for 6cly EL trade is $180 and retail is $390 also ignition relay was $24 trade and it was $60 something retail!!! I bought so much stuff like that and saved myself so much money!! :spoton:

But no more........ :o .........back to being ripped off now!

The bloke I bought them off said they slip over the pedal just like the rubber ones. He is providing two bolts for clutch and brake that are optional for extra security. I think I may just use a bit of contact cement though.

He states they are genuine perhaps a phoon owner can look at the piccy and confirm.

I wanted alloy pedals and all the aftermarket stuff from supercheap, autobarn etc are too narrow. I also was not going to pay $270 for the Ford ones.

All the best

Ford dealer quoted me $500 for a pair. that's ridiculous. They say its because they dont want people without FPVs to use there gear. They are only pedals though :spoton:
