Because I picked them up for the right price, I've had them for 4 years. They do at least use Intel Motherboards in their topend stuff, which are the ducks guts for reliability!

dam board has problems with voltage irregularities for the CPU which really limits its overclocking. Will have to modify it now to get it working properly. otherwise an excellent board.
