Heater Core No 2

Back to the dealers again for the 2nd heater core in 6weeks..

This one is leaking worse than the original absolutely out

The dealership is closing at 12.00pm tommorrow and they haven't fully pulled the core out yet...

So it looks like I may be T less for xmas

cooling system might be overboosting ..

Either faulty or header tank cap is not reliefing at the right pressure ie.over-pressuring the cooling system and heater core the weakest part..

Wont know until the core comes out...

my cap and header tank was replaced with only 120km on the clock

Mine died some 18 months ago when the ute was only a couple of months old. I still haven't had mine replaced yet. We just re-routed the pipes.
