By this rate I will have the Ford overboost flash onboard first! (let's see if it works first).....
Goobz Member 746 Member For: 20y 2m 22d Location: Sutherland Shire, Sydney Posted 21/12/04 10:00 AM Share Posted 21/12/04 10:00 AM As this is a fault probably built into all T's(the programmes would be all the same I'd imagine, just different tolerences/circumstances), is it worth someone like myself who hasn't had an overboost problem to date going in to get this done? Or no point. Also I bought the car 2nd hand so I dont know if it has had the problem in the past and been detuned to compensate like so many have.ThanksChris
Guest TRACK Guests Posted 21/12/04 11:04 AM Share Posted 21/12/04 11:04 AM No call yet!! I will ring my dealer tomorrow and see what he says.Question. - How long should it take them to reflash a car? I would assume it to be a fairly straight forward and quick thing to do.I'm asking this to see if they could reflash my car if I dropped in, or do I need to make an appointment and take my car off the road for a whole day for the 14th time.regards
