I dont see anyone having a shot at Jeff's mates car because it has a roughly $10K APS Phase 3 system & that's about the 1st time I've seen him mention the manual going down the 1/4.

My old 2ltr skyline ran consistent 107 to 109mph, but the best time I could manage was 13.7. What's even more confusing is that it had only 180rwkw.

There seems to be no set formula for drag racing apart from having fun . As was posted earlier there are too many variables.

Jeff has 2 "T's". He has quoted the power and times for both. The 13.01@115mph  302rwkw is for his manual.

It's funny how no one disputes Jeff's time and rwkw but when it comes to Pretzel and Dynowog everyone thinks there is something shifty going on. That's what has me confused.

great point, thanks for bringing it up (I didn't want to because then I would just get abused for saying it !)

To be honest, I don't give a sh!t what is thought of me/my car/my choice in tuner.... It seems I was asked to run it down the quarter (Something I had never planned on doing in the first place) These mods were for my own benefit/enjoyment after all.....

Upon seeing the results I thought that the forum community as a whole would have like to see the results (How fkuken stupid was I to try to help people out there make an informed decision, and possibly save them money if they chose to go down the same path !)

But against what I had planned I run the car at Calder to please who ? Not myself..... Not trying for 100% lightning speeds and world records because this is my daily driver, and I've already had to replace the clutch which I hadn't planned on doing so early !

I don't see the figure I ran as much different to Jeff's quoted one (Ok a few MPH and little time) But hey I never said I was a Drag racer in the first place ! It was also my first couple of runs..... Perhaps from what you're saying I should have not given a sh*t about times, run a 15 second pass to artificially increase the MPH (However that works... I'm with you Macka on that one !) Then I would have had a higher MPH, and you would have complained about a slow ET !

I tried to inform people of the option available, but Fkuck me, people are happy to go along in their sheltered little world, believeing all the crap they have been told by their mates buddy (Or whereverthey have been told it) I am not having a go at any other tuning options, as I have chosen this path, and give credit to others that have proven results.... Hmmm strange that people don't seem willing to do this in return ! Like the fact I claimed a higher figure, initially, but had that reduced when the new clutch went in (at my request), Oh but sorry..... It makes it look more unbelievable to keep quoting the higher figure..... Or should I say it makes you look more stupid showing you can't read ?

But I don't seem to get the same courtesy regarding what I quote, there is always some reason for mine to be wrong, yet others could say they ran a XX second pass, with their left testicle stuck up their arse, and the right one jammed under the accelerator, and people would say well done !

What the fkuck am I expected to do to please you lot ?

I realise there are some gnuinely interested people on the forums, but it appears to me there is more people afraid to admit there is a great option available that does not follow the normal route, and IS PERFORMING as expected.....

I'm sure when it does run on another independant dyno (Say APS's) and it does the quoted figures, there willl be some other reason for it to be disputed.... Maybe the colour of my jocks wrong on the day ?

Sorry for the rant, but as someone that has chosen a different route to most modified cars, I seem to have put myself into the Leppers corner...... Maybe I should buy an LS1.... they would probably at least accept it (Or be open to the possibility) if someone tried something different and it worked !

I think from memory they were Black (Now you can't have a problem with that colour) :pinch:

This thread is just full of :crybaby: going nowhere, Lets just put all the cars in question on an independant dyno to clear it up. Well done Pretsel, your MPH figure is getting there but IMO the RWKW does not match up. Do us a favour and take up APS's offer of putting it on the dyno for you for free.

Well done Pretzel and Dynowog,You have Proved to yourselves and Other's, Your car make's Good HP.Drag racing is art, ask Geea trying to get consistent time's, there are lot's of variables. Good luck.
