I did vote as I have had problems and do still have warranty problems. However, I think it is unfair and biased to have a poll that doesnt allow owners with Zero problems to vote!

I'd recommend it!

I agree there are alot of people here with probs and the lack of service they seem to get sucks! But I think there must be alot with no (or a few minor) issues! People that are happy with a product are generally a lot quieter about it than people that arent. Whilst my car has had some issues, these have been relativley minor to date (30000 in 15 months). It is a falcon still but you will love it believe me.

Besides, if your a Expensive Daewoo man you should be used to crappy products and service!!

(sorry. couldnt resist it..)

*Car stalls, and often at traffic lights or when coming to a stop

*Car will idle very roughly and RPM drops like its going to stall

My car had these exact problems recently. Faulty throttle body - replaced under warranty. :kissmy:

I am having these probs currently. Reflashed ecu at 30k service but still doing it.

Do you know how they decided that was the prob?

Well I Have had

*4th Diff on order (Whine, clunk etc)

*2nd Gerabox on Order (3rd Gear whine)

*Cracking sound in steering (Fixed)

*Steering Shudder

*Heater Assembley, Fan replaced (Fixed)

*Handbrake has never worked properly

*Paint Peeling in the engine bay

*Premium Stero Whine

*Cars Surges

*Overboost

Besides that the car runs like a gem :blush: Brakes have been great, no tyre problems, should get 45,000k approx out of them, brake pads fine. At the end of the day apppart from the diff and gearbox I am very happy with my T, and after 31,000k's still really love driving it, it gives me much pleasure. :spoton:

my list, although 'small' for my BA ute of faults Mechanical or Design

* Brake shudder (skim x 3 ).

* New tailshaft.

* New Bonett release cable x 2.

* Diff- repair coming nxt week... over 50K's and they rebuild, not replace..

* Steering- charged for a fix once, because it was a re-torque it's not covered.

* Steering- warranty for clunk/clink and refund for charge because it didn't work.

* Windscreen wipers scrape a layer of glass off everytime they're used.

* Speedo flicks up to 20/40 kph while the car is not moving.

* Cam lobe/lifter got stuck twice now, that's an interesting one, just coughs and splutters.. Stop and restart and off it goes???? strange one that..

* Tailgate hinges gone rusty.

* Transmission clunks and slurs it's gears, you'd swear it was piss*d.

* Both seatbelts get 'cleaned' every service.

* Lost a wheel nut.......

* Steering wheel has 'holes' in it, like air bubbles..... from a 25yr old car yeah, not 13mnths...

* Rear window surround ( plastic jobbie ) loose.

* The blind spot is exactly that, a blind spot.

* The 'A' Pillar has nearly caused me so many accidents at round-a-bouts I can't recall. Cars just get 'hidden' behind it and come into view at the last second....

* No illuminated power window buttons.

* No Auto up or Auto down on power windows.

* Cruise Control with air-con on is jerky.

* Smelly air-con, but that's bacteria apparently........

OTHER than that, she's a beaut......................... it's a nice white colour, and it's got wheels.

Did I mention I'm getting another one?? :spoton:
