HERE ARE MY RIDES!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE DRIVING BOTH OF THEM!!!

ANYONE WHO SAYS THE XR6T IS FASTER IN STOCK FORM IS KIDDING THEMSELVES!!

THE V8 CAN KEEP WITH IT FROM A STANDING START & THE 6T IS AN AUTO!!

THE 6T DOES IT EASIER I WILL SAY AND EVERYTIME ITS THE SAME, WHERE AS IF YOU STUFF IT UP AT ALL IN THE V8 ITS ALL OVER.

I don't understand your point of view.

Your saying anyone who thinks the 6T is better in standard form is kidding themselves. Then you are saying that the Turbo does it easier.

Is there much difference? Is the V8 that much of an animal?

What does it all mean?

sorry it,s not very clear!!

both cars a fabulous rides, if you love v8's then this engine is so sweet and refined and will rev hard to redline. also has a very smooth ride becase of the weight over the front. it also gets great fuel economy on the highway, better than the 6t.

the 6t on the other hand is like your all know, as smooth as silk and power to burn.

I ws just pointing out that despite what you may have read on here and elsewhere there is absolutely nothing between them in side by side performance. the v8 can be just as quick if driven very hard, the 6t does it the way you want everytime in the auto cause all your doing is planting the right foot, if you dont get a super fast shift in the v8 or your come on the limiter it is game over (and you need to get mighty close to the rev limit to keep up with the 6t.

either way I lovem both!

the eight is a real good ride with heaps of power and comfort!

the 6t is mod heaven!! (the 8 wont touch it then)

yes they were bought for business!

nothing like being able to write them off for tax deductions!! :D

I would have gotten a least one of them in a different colour otherwise ! still would have gotten utes though as resale is great. (or it has been in the past for me)

so true mr plow !! I think the 8 has a lot of potential there too, just will cost more to get the same rise in results I think, but I think the drive train may handle the gains easier, (the gear change is so sweet)

the v8 sounds awsome at revs, the induction noise is fantastic just needs more out the back.

considering a bolt on supercharger for it, it gets a cat back exhaust system in a week or so!!

yesterday I was in the 8 and coming around a nice sweep 2nd gear corner decided to give it wide open throttle, took it all the way to redline and right after the bend here a four police standing there, luckily they didnt have time to point the radar a me, but they waved there arms to pull me over, by the time I stopped I was 50 meters past them, I got a stern talking to then they looked over the new car told me how sweet it

looked and let me go! got to be happy with that

I will think twice know before I play!!

its a great read on here and great for car info from the people who own and lovem.

keep up the good work

Russell

(btw: the coolant tank in the 6t looks like river water very brown, its booked in for look next week :oooh: )

beautiful looking ride mr plow!!!
