Hi All,

Sorry if this is a double up of another Topic, but here is the question.

Picking up my New FG XR6T on Sat and wondering how long should I run it in for before I can really open it up.

I drove the test drive car like a drunk mad man (as we all would) and was thinking how long should I wait till I start to play with mine.

thrash it out of the dealership mate, and be sure to change the oil after 3k.

also do a search for running in, there has been a few threads on it over the years!

Run in Bible

I have used this method on all my cars and have never had a problem. My XR bought new has 109,264kms as of now. Same engine same turbo not one mechanical failure.
