There is absolutely no power to any part of the car, not even the power windows. It happened to me at a local car wash one day, it kicked in and they couldn't start the car to move it along the car wash, everything was deader than disco.I rang the dealer and they said because it had been strarted and stopped a few times in a row as it moved along the carwash the smartshield was tricked into thinking someone was going to steal it WTF?It has only ever happened once and the good news is that there is a way to restart the car.The bad news is I can't rember the order in which to do things.I wouldn't post the proceedure on a public forum anyway, give the dealer a call.
