Not too hard to get those numbers in shootout 8-1 mode...

try it out in shoot 6...

Shoot 8-1 is for super charged,nitrous or big turbo engines...Shoot 6 will put more load on the engine..Ive gained up to 40rwkw between those modes....

Fully agree Jeff. The dyno dynamics operator should know better.

At one stage my car had back-to-back runs.

318 rwkw shoot 81

I gess I will have to speak to dyno operator but it made within 10 rwkws at another dyno with wheel spin

Again this can easy happen if they are running the same shoot out mode, different dyno's have similar shoot modes..

Im no tuner but seeing the 8-1 shoot run and the shoot 6 run, Im sure you would get a better street tune on shoot 6 than shoot 8-1.. Shoot 6 is a slower rev becuase of the extra load and our cars are heavy and dont rev as quick as a shoot 8-1 dyno pull...

post-3427-1108023021_thumb.jpgtoday at kph motorsport we managed to get 500 rwhp and 9000nm of torque from the ford edit as opposed to 480hp with 8000nm torque from the piggy back computer

we where able to bring the boost on with out the computer stopping you next we will have a play with the cam timing and see how we go.

also we put launch control on and set it at 3000rpm and it is FAT :msm::w00t2::msm:

But peak power is still at 5200rpm. And its making about 850nm at the fly if you are in fourth gear when you ramped it up. 9000nm in 4th at the wheels is huge tractive effort. In 1st gear in a manual you'd be making 32,800nm or 3tonne at 1metre turning 90 degrees, no wonder its easy it spin the tyres.
