Are you running any P2P software, such as Bit-Torrent, Emule, Kazaa...as more often than not your uploads will exceed downloads.A2. Both Adaware and Spybot search and destroy are good at spyware detection and are available in free form. You can also check out www.whirlpool.net.au as there is a permanent thread relating to free anti-virus software and the like, as well as online scanners, in case you feel that you want a 3rd opinion. You can use this button on every post in a thread if wanted..... ....as if there's not enough quotin goin on now....It's also worth pointing out that to do this you need to click on after clicking on the buttons. Took me a while to work this one out.

If you want to type in a phone number with spaces in it, use a non-breaking space. This way if the number is at the end of a line, but won't all fit, it won't get split over 2 lines. To use non-breaking spaces in Word (and probably lots of other programs too) press [CTRL]+[sHIFT]+[sPACE]. If you're using a program that doesn't support this method, simply copy and paste it from Word into your program. Or you can use Character Map too.If you want to put a non-breaking space in a web page, simple use the code " " (without the quotes).
