I just sold my australian delivered 2002 S15 200sx. They are fast cars if you can launch them as their is so much turbo lag. It kicks in at about 3000 rpms. However when you turn air con on or if the weather is a bit warm or if you add a passenger they are slugs. I don't think you will have a problem beating one of them in your T. I.e. stock vs stock.

S15's 0-100km done in normally 6.3-6.6 seconds. I think T's are like 5.9 or the like. I managed to pull 6 seconds only after adding a zorst to it.

The japanese version of the 200sx 'silvia' has a bigger turbo so they will give you a run for your money. From memory they are like 187kw whilst the aussie ones are 147kw.

Next car is typhoon so it better be worth it.

What the s15 lacks in pure power it makes up for in its chasis, its a real fun car to drive.

You're right there Dazza.

That car was so fun to drive. It sticks to the road like glue even if you decide to flaw it when turning at the intersection. Throw some water on the road and you have to drive like a slug unless you want to hit a pole.

That car even though it is slower than the T felt faster. The T I went in was so smooth and it didn't feel fast.

If you don't mind sacrificing your comfort and space then the 200 would be a good one to buy. That's the reason why I sold it. Having both would probably be ideal but who's got that luxury?

Yeah you can thank the T's flat torque curve or is that table for it not feeling as quick, becasue you dont get that kick in the back like with most jap turbos it doesnt seem to be doing much, that and its a little porky. Its very deceptive the T, you think you are doing quite a few kmph less than you actually are.
