Plus, TC adds some security to it all. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/13926-xr6t-vs-evo7/page/3/#findComment-186196 Share on other sites

Sorry but I would not even go there . In a modded T you are guarenteeing an unontrolled spin Please be careful, and a modicum of safety will not hurt. You may be a superior driver to the rest of us but let caution prevail ... can't hurt can it ? I understand about beating the other guy , but at what cost??<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/13926-xr6t-vs-evo7/page/3/#findComment-186234 Share on other sites

LOLScottyp.s. Up to about 100kmh from about 40kmh. We were both in second, after both taking off carefully from the lights. Now, assuming both cars started carefully in 1st when they left the lights, and they both changed gears before 40 kph, it's probably a fair conclusion that unless someone missed a cog the very next gear after 1st is 2nd. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/13926-xr6t-vs-evo7/page/3/#findComment-187051 Share on other sites

I ran a Bugeye rex recently, and nailed my launched whilst he completely fluffed his. By the time I grabbed second I had a car length on him. By the time I grabbed 3rd, I had about three. Obviously, he wasn't the greatest at launching, but the distance I put on him was surprising. (I'm stock BTW) Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/13926-xr6t-vs-evo7/page/3/#findComment-188003 Share on other sites
