As far as I can see, it will bolt straight in, no modifications needed. There is a sensor hole you will have to fill, the air pressure sensor screws into the "in" tank, so you would either have to buy the sensor (and use it! :3gears: ), or just fill the hole with a bolt so air doesn't leak out.

I wouldn't mind seeing some pics of the typhoon intercooler compared to the stock XR one first, before I make my decision...

pwr coolers are always good quality although generally tube and fin.

the plus is that their aussie made from scratch and they flow more air.

the minus is you dont get enough cooling from tube and fin with the small air intake in the b/bar.
