The only downside of the day for me was (as everyone has been too polite to mention) mine was the least powerful T at 180kW (adjusted to the nearest kW...which I think is fair enough).

Well, it is stock, automatic, and has done only 16,000km.  If it was pushed a bit harder over those km it might well have done better.  Also, it was warmed up by idling for a few minutes before the dyno runs, which probably didn't help.  But, believe it or not, from where I sit it goes pretty well.  And I can live with coming last 'cos someone has to.

From what I'm hearing Tony the readings u got are right on target cause its 60k/w loss to the rear wheels which would bring you to exactly 240k/w atw....

The Green Monster only stalled on me once on the way home, but that's ok, I think Bruce designed it to do that just to tick me off

He would probably do it to the Purple beast also so I wouldn't want to drive it, but then that would bug him more than me cause he drives it more :owned:

No problems,no overboost and mine actually felt stronger driving home.Couldn't quite catch Glen though :spoton:

I could just about put up with the stalling in the green monster Kerry just so I'd have an excuse to give it the big boot!Gotta love that sound :spoton:

I was watching voy's run with interest (wanted to see how my stock one compared to another stock one) and I saw that spike 3 - 4 times within a second or two. Was certainly wierd. I think it peaked at around 197kw!

Mine did that at Blackwood dyno and they said it was the TC, but mine went down in power and not up. The graph was very wavy and it was raining that day, maybe wet tyres on the rollers can slip? Just seemed wierd to blame it on the TC..

that's the way the cars always been though...if u plant it...she'll accelerate smoothly and then ull feel the boost really kick in...and it'll do it a few times if u keep your foot down....not normal???? :ermm:
