What about looking at some corporate box prices? Depending on how many people there are and whether or not we want it to be catered this could be a fantastic option.

Also we might be able to hit some of the site sponsors up and they might be interested in pitching in some coin for us and inreturn they can have their signage displayed as some of the boxes have an allowance for signage I think it is across the front of the box?

Could be worth a thought!

Ya just can't beat on Track accom, the piss ya want at the prices ya want to pay, the tucker ya brung for the whole 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days you are attending. Track position is awesome & you are high enough to see more than what is right is front of you. You have indoor/outdoor pools, sauna/spa's, tennis, gym rooms, & so on & so on. Traditionally (till two years ago) we used to arrive Wednesday which allowed us to get everything inside the track precinct & had a side street which we could park extra cars in, which means they can be watched during the day & moved out at night time if someone has to leave or wants to go somewhere. We used to hang around till Tuesday, which gave recouperation time afterwards. Unbeatable IMO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spoke to the Contessa earlier, $5,000.oo for the accomodation & it sleeps 8 straight away, so 2 extra will be no problems, this is a very large 3 bedroom unit in an awesome complex. Limit of 20 mugs per balcony

Will need to increase the weekly $9.61 to about $20, but maybe we should do a head count 1st & I say Yes to no Chooks, exceptions are those to be pad for. LOL
