LS2 may or may or may not be the same. Time will tellAs long as I own a GT and have the kind of great performance and service and lack of issues of any signifigance, I will post same to people who are considering this type of vehicle, if that's being one eyed so be it. Knowhere did I suggest Ken not test out LS2. What facts do you have to back your claim that FPV have their backs against the wall? I love all Aussie performance vehicles including HSV ones but I've had such a great run with the Ford ones why shouldn't I post that? It now also appears that the Fords maybe a safer vehicle according an ambo who would know better than just about any of us, another reason to consider other things apart from how fast it can get to 100clicks from zero.Fair enpough Merc, l am not interested in arguing mate l guess statements such as "new LS2 piston slapper" speak for themselves. My comment re:FPV is based on my (and Fords) past experience with T series, a converstaion l had last week with the dealer who sold me my GT, and the power war that FPV find themselves in but are not responding too. I wouldnt be suprised if HSV outsell FPV at 4 to 1 next year but that's just a guess. FPV laid of 14 employess this year, that wasnt because they couldnt keep up with demand! So be it, l am not a shareholder. Anyhow all my opinion only.

Oh and BTW it doesnt rattle doent break down, doesnt leak, doesnt have brake shudder.......etcKen, class act, ha ha very funny Dally.I've a work colleague that drives like Morgan Freeman's grandmother in his purchased new 3 series done 40k's arrived the same day as my T did (18 months ago,) it squeaks when entering/exiting the back if the handbrake is on, (told that right for a 3 series) It rear brakes drag constantly (yes that's normal aswell, once the pads start to wear,) don't get me started on the seats. Admittedly there a wide wide gap between your M5 & a runabout Tennis dress 325i.Most people don't complain about their BM's cause they know all about cars & that's that.If you think your Service manager cares for you any more than mine does for me, then you are Ricardo Montoblan & Ken is Tatoo & that's right ............ you live in Fantasy Land!!Scotty
