aniken I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it Donating Members 4,316 Member For: 22y 2m Gender: Male Location: Sydney, south west Posted 20/10/04 09:04 AM Share Posted 20/10/04 09:04 AM I like the original (white car) one. Because our bonnets slope (unlike the XY GT which is basically flat), anything sticking up appears to stick up a lot more, and look a bit out of place. So, that is why I go for the lower one. The lower version gets the gold from me. NOW PLEASE HURRY UP AND TELL US HOW MUCH IT WILL COST Dazzap.s. Is there any power differences with the lower design shaker? I won't know for sure until I get it on a dyno. The air filter has a larger air flow capacity compared to the flat panel filter used in the first shaker its almost double. It will handle air flow up to 700hp. Flat panel is good for 350 - 400 tops so I don't see why it would be less efficient. The cold air is still forced to the turbo by the shaker. As I said earlier this is no mickey mouse induction intake it is being designed for performance as well as good looks. If you are serious about wanting one PM me and I'll be in touch. That way I won't get in trouble for advertising.macka
