Avoid - hate to say it - low income demographic areas like the plague. Always try to park in a corner so only 1 side of the car is exposed to another driver or people walking by. Ridiculous thing is, I am pretty sure it happened outside my work. I work at a surveillance company and it is pretty much camera city around my office.
