For instance an Apexi sticker on a Honda Civic is rice but on a GTR Skyline it is OK. Seeing he has a 300hp+ turbo 6 then I think it is worthy of FPR badges. It's different and gives it's own uniqueness to the car.I do not think it's Rice as long as you do not start putting stickers down the Qtr pannel.
