In one motion it falls on its hinged axis & hits the bonnet, cutting the metal on the place required & pressing it into the shape as per finished pics. Each one is done seperately & trust me the spacings are perfect.This guy has done zillions over the years & has only ever fukd one up which he replaced & redid perfecto style.Scottyp.s. Stang, I wanted to keep my bonnet to put back on when I trade it in for the next one. If it don't fit new car I'll give it to one of you lovely chappies.p.s. of the p.s. Viktory, there is no smell that I can smell anyhows, I have chosen to have a small part of the bonnet bracing removed to enable me to get as many louvers as possible. This will make the bonnet defective, but I know where a legal one is. LOL For those concerned this isn't necessary & you'd end up with 4 sets of roughly 5 louvers each.
