1ST POINT!!!!!!!!!!!

Its not an XR6T so I may have posted in the wrong area!!!!!!!

Any moderators feel free to move this post if its so wrong???????? :glad:

Now on to my question?

I see a BA FAIRMONT GHIA 5.4LTR V8 ( NICE 19" WHEELS)everyday drive past my house!

Today I noticed that this V8 had no BULGE on the bonnett and I thought WTF :gooff:

I thought that ALL V8S HADS TO HAVE THE BULGE( SO THE V8,S WOULD FIT )?????????

HAPPY TO BE TOLD OTHERWISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enlighten me :spoton::gooff: PLEASE.

Think the fairmont only had the 2v 220kw job and it fitted neatly under the standard bonnet

I think it's a three valve ... a really nice motor actually and seems to have better low down pick-up than the BOSS. I'd like one with a supercharger on it and I reckon it would give a real hurry-up to just about anything.

That was a Boss260 not the 220 3V.
