??? do gtechs brake test 2???????

As a matter of fact they do dynowog, mine (old version) when testing the 0-100 time will also test 100-0 in feet, I havnt used this function though as I test my 0-100 on the side of the highway, although I do it late at night I dont think jamming on the brakes and coming to a stop on the highway is a good idea.

Hi there guys if anyone's interested in buying a PBR upgrade kit I'm about to order 3 sets for myself and 2 freinds. The price is much cheaper than what you've mentioned. ($1895.00) Inc. GST. I won't be placing the order for another couple of weeks. If anyone's interested in buying one contact me and I'll add it to the order. If we get a few more sets I might be able to screw them more on price????

Offer still stands guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will be ordering 5 sets Monday. They won't budge any more on price though.

Dazza.

just 100-0 or 60 and etc? what about the g's

Mine is the old version so will only do either a time run, a G force run, or a power run, but will only do one at a time, I am sure this would be possible in the newer flashy version that has graphs and stuff, I havnt done any research on that as my version does what I want it to.

The way it tests braking performance is, you set it to do a 0-100 acceleration time, when you get to 100kmph jam the brakes on and it then measures the decceleration in feet, once you stop it gives you a time of 0-100 in seconds and 100-0 in distance. As I have never used the braking part of this test I have only ever seen it come back with an error message for the braking part.

In the same catalogue there are also some boost gauges...

Speco for $49 and Autometer for $129 -> see here for details

Anyone know anything about these brands ? I'd be surprised if the $49 ones are worth the trouble, but what about the Autometer ones ?

Of course then you have to mount it somewhere in the dash... Both types of gauges appear too big for the SS Inductions gauge holder ????

I have the autometer gauges in mine and they are good. I have the phantom range wich goes with the car but there is so many types and you can always count on autometer, as I have for many years, I got a boost gauge and air/fuel ratio gauge for under $300..And they are a perfect fit in the SS induction gauge pods..
