MRC will be taking deposit of $20 for dyno day bookings. This confirms your spot for the day. As I said if you have a preference on time etc let me know. I will let you know who have advised that are coming the BSB & Account number. When depositing please put your number plate as the description for transfer.

I'd be interested, except I got a wedding on that day..

Pleeeeeeease dont tell me that day is the same day we are doing Krash's wedding?

I am not interested in getting my car dyno'd, im interested in spectating.

Every dyno day in Sydney I have been to with three different clubs are always $50 for 2 power runs.

Your actually getting ripped off then.

Croydon Motor Sports have club day dyno runs, $50 for 3 runs.

The dyno day we had at C&V was $30 for 3 runs.

It is a good price, for a power run even if it is only 1 run, our 4WD dynamics dyno cost near $160,000 and will take more than a few of years to pay for itself..but it seems like a good opportunity to get some good advice too..

We currently have 18 cars booked in for this dyno day and this is the only forum that has mentioned that $50 is overpriced. MRC dont strictly adhere to 2 power runs (like some days I have attended). It is just advertised this way so that people dont expect 10 or 20.

If someone wants to do a few more this wont be an issue. I myself will be testing my car with no waterspray on the FMIC then a run with waterspray run. These days are here for you guys to see the results of your hard earned money that has been spend and the work that has gone into you cars. Everyone is here to be flexible at the end of the day and have a good time.

Hope this sorts out any confusion.

I hear you mate,

the dyno at MRC cost over $85,000, and then $20k++ for the room with extraction fans, sound proofing etc, then the power to run the dyno, fans, lights etc for the day, when you consider all this $50 for a few runs isnt too bad,

every other dyno day I have been to has cost between $40 and $60

summernats cost me over $500 to have 6 runs!

I think that for 50 bucks per car, if there will be 50 cars :o , maybe we could make a day of it and set up a BBQ there :ermm: , I'll even bring the BBQ :beerchug:

but either way I'm in, love you get together with the boys and play with the toys :gossip: :spit:
