Apparently, when you put a cheap copy or a burnt cd from a home computer it won't let you play it, apparently it won't let you eject the cd. Can anyone confirm or deny this theory? I'm not sure if this is just a scare tactic to stop officers from putting in a burnt cd.I'm hoping that this is not true as I often use burnt cds in my car!!!!! However i have noticed that some cds jump if they are cheapy ones. And no problem with the ejecting of them either.

Redhawk ....Time to lay this fairytale aside...... Donating Members 2,657 Member For: 21y 9m 22d Gender: Male Location: In the Ferry on the River Styx, not getting out just yet! Posted 18/03/03 08:08 AM Share Posted 18/03/03 08:08 AM I had the same worry so took along a burnt copy of various Ozzy Osbourne tracks and asked the dealer if I could try it out to allay my concern. Of course being an Qzzy fan I turned the volume up!! Should have seen the heads pop up when 'Facing Hell' bellowed through the showroom Yeah... they play fine!!!!Re-writables may be a problem but. Guest Rastus Guests Posted 18/03/03 09:33 AM Share Posted 18/03/03 09:33 AM Every Cd in my BA is a home burnt backup of my original CD's or a mix of songs from mp3's. No dramas at all.Damn I wish Ford had the foresight to make 'em be able to play mp3's.
